No Kicking the Free Shipping Habit

As Wal-Mart joins the throng of major e-tailers offering free shipping for the holiday season, research shows that online shoppers no longer just consider free shipping to be a nice perk but have actually come to expect it. According to a recent ComScore survey, 55 percent of shoppers said they would not complete their transaction if free shipping was not offered.
